Alan did an excellent job in refitting the whole bathroom on time and budget. A problem was encountered due to a faulty shower valve (manufacturer's problem) but Alan was patient and flexible with his work schedule to accommodate this. During the job Alan explained his plan, and update us whenever there is any change.
